Destiny 2 Lightfall

A new trailer for Destiny 2: Lightfall, the upcoming expansion for the shared world shooter, was revealed at The Game Awards 2022. It sees all three classes – Warlock, Titan, and Hunter – on Neptune, taking down various Cabal forces using the new Strand subclasses. Check them out below and marvel at the neon-drenched visuals.

The new subclasses are Architects for Warlocks, Threadrunners for Hunters, and Tyrants for Titans. Architects can unleash Strand missiles which unravel enemies that they hit. Hunters have a rope dart which meshes with their acrobatic combos. Titans use Strand claws to rip enemies apart from close range.

There are other interesting details, the Cloud Striders having Silver Surfer-like boards and The Witness, the agent of The Darkness, seemingly discovering something overwhelming. Destiny 2: Lightfall is out on February 28th, 2023, for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC. For more information on its gameplay and setting, head here.
