Destiny 2 Live Action Trailer is All About New Legends (And Puppies)

You'd think we're joking but no. Puppies are a part of it.

Bungie’s new live-action trailer for Destiny 2 recently went live and showcased Cayde-6, voiced by Nathan Fillion, offering a pep-talk to new Guardians. After reminiscing about how tacos, binge watching and puppies are all gone, one Titan screams “For the puppies!” and we cut to some live-action violence set to Beastie Boys’ Sabotage. Regardless of anything else, it is the Beastie Boys so that’s kind of a plus. Check it out below.

Destiny 2 starts off on a dour note as Ghaul and the Red Legion, a special Cabal unit, invade the Tower, destroy the Vanguard and effectively steal the Traveller.

Guardians will be able to harness the Light’s power once again for some new powers and subclasses like the Sentinel Titan, Dawnblade Warlock and Arcstrider Titan. For its part, Bungie is promising some larger worlds with more potential for exploration, sub-quests and adventuring.

Destiny 2 is out on September 6th for Xbox One and PS4. The PC version will follow on October 24th.
