Destiny 2 - Season of the Worthy

It’s a new season starting today for Bungie’s Destiny 2. Servers are down for maintenance and players await the launch of Season of the Worthy. Bungie has released a new gameplay preview video to showcase everything that’s in store. Check it out below.

The story this time around sees a Psion wrecking the Almighty’s controls and setting it on a crash-course to The Last City, Majora’s Mask-style. To stop the collision, players will have to work with Rasputin, the AI Warmind on Mars. This means traveling to different Seraph Bunkers aka Legendary Lost Sectors, starting with the European Dead Zone and then progressing to the Moon, then IO.

Along with the new Seraph Tower event, Exotics like Tommy’s Matchbook and new Legendary weapons and armor, Trials of Osiris will be returning. It goes live on March 13th with familiar Destiny 1 maps and armor, serving as a permanent addition to the game. Stay tuned for more details on Season of the Worthy – it’s set to arrive soon.
