The beta for Destiny 2 on PC is now live for all. Consumers who pre-ordered the game received a day’s worth of early access but now it’s fair game for all. To play the beta, you’ll need Blizzard’s Battle.net launcher.

Along with the first story mission, the Inverted Spire Strike, two Crucible modes – Countdown and Control – with one map for each – Mid Town and Javelin-4 respectively – PC players will also get a chance to visit The Farm. This is the new Social Space in Destiny 2 and will contain quests, vendors and the opportunity to meet other players.

Bungie announced that The Farm would be open to PC players on August 30th from 5 to 7 PM PT/8 to 11 PM ET. There won’t be any vendors though but you can chase chickens, play football and explore the environment. And don’t worry – Eververse will be present there as well.

Destiny 2 will be out for Xbox One and PS4 on September 6th. The PC version, meanwhile, releases on October 24th.
