Destiny 2 PC Beta Starts on August 29th, Recommended Specs Revealed

Bungie finally dated its PC beta for Destiny 2, noting that it would start on August 29th and end on August 31st. Those who pre-ordered the game get Early Access and can start playing on August 28th.

It also revealed the Recommended and Minimum specifications for running the beta. You’ll need at least an Intel Core i3-3250 or AMD Fx-4350, a GeForce GTX 660 2 GB or Radeon HD 7850 2 GB and 6 GB of RAM.

Recommended specifications include an Intel Core i5-2400 or AMD Ryzen R5 1600X, GeForce GTX 970 or Radeon R9 390 and 8 GB of RAM. The company’s build during its PC event include an Intel i7-7700k and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080Ti 11 GB. Destiny 2 will release on October 24th for PC. The Xbox One and PS4 versions release on September 6th, pushed forward by two days from the initial release date to avoid server troubles on the weekend.
