Destiny 2 – Players Can Vote on Monster or Mech Armor for Festival of the Lost 2022

Bungie will hold a poll to decide which armor set should be purchasable during this year's Halloween event. Voting runs from April 7th to 13th.

Destiny 2 - Mechs

It’s only April but Bungie is already beginning preparations for Destiny 2’s Festival of the Lost in October. Last year, it polled the community on whether it would like to have armor for dinosaurs or monsters. The former won with 81 percent of the vote and thus the tradition returns with Mechs vs. Monsters Evolved.

As the artwork below showcases, the monsters are back and have seen some changes. Meanwhile, the mechs have entered the fray and have their fair share of anime inspiration. Voting begins from April 7th to April 13th – just make sure you’re signed up for emails from Bungie from March 31st to April 6th and have linked your relevant profile to Bungie.net.

On April 19th, all players who participated will earn an emblem “Broken Barriers.” If you’ve voted and been playing since February 22nd, a unique emblem will be provided. Regardless of which armor set wins, both can be purchased with Bright Dust or Silver when Festival of the Lost rolls around. A date for announcing the winners has yet to be confirmed so stay tuned in the coming months.
