Destiny 2 - Accessibility Settings

Bungie is expanding the range of accessibility options in Destiny 2 once Season of the Deep lands. A new blog post confirmed that there would be an “Enemy Targeted Reticle Color,” letting players change the color of a reticle when aiming at a foe. It can also apply to hit indicators and headshot dots.

Reticle indicator functionality is being unified across PC and consoles, and there will also be a new setting for Full Auto Melee. You can now hold the melee or fire button to constantly deal damage with melee weapons, powered and unpowered melee attacks, and Super melee attacks. Players will also have options to swap the buttons for confirm and cancel with a controller.

Commendations will also support the different color profiles, from the colors used for each card to the visual FX that plays when receiving them. Stay tuned for more details when Season of the Deep goes live, potentially next month after Season of Defiance concludes.
