Destiny 2’s The Witch Queen goes live today but along with battling Savathun, players will also enlist the aid of the Cabal to fight against the Lucent Brood. Season of the Risen kicks off today and sees Cabal empress Caiatl working with the Vanguard and the Guardians to stop the Hive’s threats. Check out the latest trailer below.
Upon locating a Lucent Brood, the Cabal will use their Psions to allow Guardians to enter its Mindscape. Defeat the enemies within to ultimately win. Along with a new seasonal artifact and mods, players can also partake in a new quest to unlock Dead Messenger, an Exotic Grenade Launcher. This wave frame, breech-style launcher can fire three waves and is capable of rotating elemental damage types when reloading.
