Destiny 2 (2)

With a large “state of the game” blog post discussing future changes and updates to Destiny 2, Bungie has also confirmed that server maintenance – which was supposed to start today – will be postponed to December 1st. Nothing has really changed about the timings as it will still begin at 8 AM PST and end at 2 AM PST.

Once maintenance begins, players will be unable to login. Those still logged in will be kicked back to the start menu screen after an hour. Bungie has already confirmed that no new gameplay content or updates will be coming after the maintenance period so don’t get your hopes up.

As for updates we know that are coming to Destiny 2, Bungie revealed Masterwork Legendary weapons, new items for Xur’s inventory, the return of Three of Coins, the ability to purchase items directly from “most” vendors and much more. More features and modes like an emote wheel and ranked competitive play are also being worked on for the future.
