Act 2 for Episode 1: Echoes is now live for Destiny 2, adding three new Battlegrounds, fresh weapons and more for players to earn. Update 8.0.0.7 is also available, bringing several fixes and balance adjustments.
Players being unable to see buffs and debuffs while underwater in the Ghosts of the Deep Dungeon or enemies not despawning after defeating the final boss in Salvation’s Edge are fixed. The Shieldcrush perk from the artifact was also incorrectly applying full bonuses from both halves to Grapple Punch.
It will now provide a 12 percent bonus to the melee action when Radiant or Amplified and another 12 percent if you have a Void Overshield, Frost Armor or Woven Mail. Winter’s Shroud no longer has damage resistance in PvP, and Osmiomancy Gloves won’t provide grenade regeneration to non-Coldsnap grenades. However, this doesn’t affect Spirit of Osmiomancy, making it more worthwhile on Exotic Class items.
