Destiny 2 Weekly Reset: The Arms Dealer Nightfall, Flashpoint Io and More

Find out what weekly rituals await you in Destiny 2 (hint: It's the same old nonsense).

Destiny 2 (6)

The weekly reset has come and gone for Bungie’s Destiny 2. That means a new Nightfall, which is essentially a Strike you’ve already played but with some new modifiers. Milestones should also be reset, affording new opportunities to earn powerful loot.

The Nightfall this week is The Arms Dealer with Torrent and Zero Hour as modifiers. Torrent grants faster recharge for your abilities while Zero Hour means that the mission timer can’t be extended. You’ll have to choose which battles to skip and which ones to engage in.

The Flashpoint this week is Io so head on over there and complete some Public Events. You can also pick up Cayde’s Treasure Maps for some hidden loot although Bungie has yet to solve the issue of some chests coming up empty.

Destiny 2 will have more content in the coming weeks and months with raid challenges going live on October 31st. Seasons are also a thing and they’ll add new activities, cosmetics and gear for players to acquire. We’re currently in season 1 with season 2 going live with the first DLC, Curse of Osiris.
