Destiny 2 Weekly Reset: The Inverted Spire Nightfal, Flashpoint Nessus and More

Find out what barely passes for "end-game" content this week in Destiny 2.

Destiny 2

Along with Iron Banner going live for the first time in Destiny 2, the weekly reset for Bungie’s shooter has introduced some new activities for players to complete. We’d call these “end-game” activities but containing the ensuing laughter afterwards would be difficult.

This week’s Nightfall is The Inverted Spire with Attrition and Killing Time modifiers. Attrition requires you to kill enemies and grab the Well of Light they drop. This regenerates your health; otherwise, normal health generation is disabled. Killing Time requires you to kill enemies to extend the timer of the activity.

The Flashpoint this week is on Nessus and requires you to complete Public Events. Doing so will earn you “powerful” gear which should help in gearing up for the Prestige Leviathan raid now that it’s been delayed to October 18th. Loot chests found via Treasure Maps from Cayde-6 still seem to be bugged so don’t bother picking them up unless you have the Glimmer to waste.
