Destiny 2 Weekly Reset: The Pyramidion Nightfall, Flashpoint Io, Iron Banner

There's so much non-stuff to do this week that you'll be begging to play something else.

Destiny 2 (4)

The weekly reset actually passed yesterday for Bungie’s Destiny 2 and brought quite a number of new activities to partake in. And by that, we mean “the same old stuff for nary any kind of reward till the end-game is fixed.”

This week’s Nightfall is The Pyramidion with Torrent and Timewarp: Zero Hour. This equates to abilities recharging much faster but there’s no means to extend the mission timer. Challenges for the Nightfall are as you’d expect – check them out below.

  • Speed Of Dark: Complete the Nightfall with at least 5 minutes remaining.
  • Unbroken: Complete the Nightfall with fewer than 3 deaths.
  • Siege Engine: Do not allow Brakion to remain shielded for more than 40 seconds before defeating it.

Meanwhile, this week’s Flashpoint is Io where players must complete a few Public Events in exchange for some powerful gear. Treasure Maps can be purchased from Cayde-6 but given how Bungie still has yet to fix them giving no loot, you might want to hold off.

In other Token hoarding news, Iron Banner is live and the game mode is Clash. If you want to try your luck at the admittedly sweet looking armour, then head on over to the Crucible today.
