Destiny 2 Xur Exotics: Black Talon, Lion Rampant, Aeon Soul

Numerous retreads and disposable Exotics dot Xur's latest inventory.

Destiny 2 Xur

For as decent as last week’s Exotic offerings from Xur were in Destiny 2, this week is slightly disappointing. You can find the Agent of the Nine in the Tower where Dead Orbit used to be. He’ll remain there until the weekly reset tomorrow.

The Exotic gear on sale includes Knucklehead Radar (Hunter helm), Lion Rampant (Titan boots) and Aeon Soul (Warlock gloves). Each is available for 23 Shards and each ranges from “meh” to useless. Knucklehead Radar offers a radar while you aim down sights. Lion Rampant boosts hip-fire and maneuverability while in the air with Lift. Aeon Soul is still Aeon Soul and is more or less disposable.

The Exotic weapon, Black Talon, is pretty decent. It fires a cross-shaped wave of energy at foes and grants ammo for every other kill. For 29 Legendary Shards, it would be a steal if it wasn’t already sold recently. Regardless, pick it up if you’d like a nice sword.
