Xur has finally arrived in Destiny 2 but he’s not found in the Tower. This time around, Bungie’s tentacle faced Exotic must be encountered in the wild to peruse his goods. Xur is in Watcher’s Grave on Nessus this week, where he will leave on September 19th, 2 AM PDT.
This week, Xur is carrying the Raiden Flux (Hunter chest), Doom Fang Pauldron (Titan gloves) and Wings of Sacred Dawn (Warlock chest), each at 265 Power and possessing a +5 Mod (which grants them five additional Power). They can each be yours for 23 Legendary Shards.
As for the Exotic weapon, it’s Merciless, a Fusion Rifle at 265 Power (with a +5 Mod) and which costs 29 Shards. This is actually the best possible Fusion Rifle in Destiny 2 as far as pure DPS goes. Merciless will have a lower charge rate on the next shot if the previous shot was non-lethal. As you can imagine, the amount of damage per second stacks up very quickly.
