Destiny 2 Xur

As a new week begins in Destiny 2, Exotic vendor Xur returns more once to hawk his wares. You’ll find him in the Winding Cove of the European Dead Zone, where he’ll remain until the next weekly reset. This week’s Exotic weapon is Prometheus Lens, a Trace Rifle that deals Solar damage.

While continuously firing the weapon, a damaging field is created that grows bigger. Any kills earned with this weapon also return ammo to its magazine from reserves, allowing for continuous fire. It’s not necessarily as great as Ager’s Scepter but the Prometheus Lens is a decent Trace Rifle for the price of 29 Legendary Shards.

Exotic gear this week include Shinobu’s Vow (Hunter gloves), Lion’s Rampant (Titan boots) and Crown of Tempests (Warlock helm), each for 23 Legendary Shards. Shinobu’s Vow provides an extra Skip Grenade while also returning grenade energy upon damaging foes. Lion’s Rampant offers additional in-air maneuverability and improved hip-fire when using Lift. Crown of Tempests is recommended for Stormcallers since Arc ability kills recharge the rate of Arc abilities while making Stormtrance last longer.

Check out this week’s Legendary weapons below. The Legendary armor set this week is the Seventh Seraph set for Hunters from Season of the Warmind. Each Legendary item costs 50 Legendary Shards and 1000 Glimmer.
