Xur is back (in black) for players of Bungie’s Destiny 2. You can find him in the Winding Cove in the European Dead Zone with a “new” collection of Exotics. He’ll remain there tomorrow until the weekly reset so best to pick up whatever you need before then.
This week’s Exotic Gear includes Fr0st-EE5 (Hunter boots), Eternal Warrior (Titan helm) and Transversive Steps (Warlock legs), each for 23 Legendary Shards. Each serves its own niche function but you might like Fr0st-EE5 the best. It recharges your grenade, melee and class ability energy while sprinting and offers better mobility and tighter turn radius while sprinting.
The Exotic weapon is Riskrunner, an Arc SMG which costs 28 Legendary Shards. Since it’s apparently not a campaign reward anymore, the only real way to get it is through a quest in Shadowkeep. Never fear though because you can just buy it off of Xur here. It’s worth it for the Arc Conductor perk, which increases damage dealt, and Superconductor, which has a chance to lightning on foes and refills ammo with each kill.
