Destiny 2 Xur Exotics – Telesto, Aeon Swift, Lion Rampant

Xur has returned to Destiny 2, this time visiting the Winding Cove in the European Dead Zone. He’ll remain there until the next weekly reset so hit him up for any missing Exotics. What does Xur have in stock this week though?

Nothing too crazy for veteran players but new players are advised to pick up Telesto. The Exotic energy fusion rifle fires Void bolts that can stick to enemies and detonate after some time. It’s especially good for Devour Voidwalker Warlocks and, with the right mods, can circumvent Special Ammo limitations. Pick it up for 29 Legendary Shards.

Meanwhile, the Exotic Gear includes Aeon Swift (Hunter gloves), Lion Rampant (Titan boots) and Ophidian Aspect (Warlock gloves), each for 23 Legendary Shards. Lion Rampant is meant for more accurate hipfire when in mid-air while Ophidian Aspect extends melee range and increases reload and ready speed for all weapons. Aeon Swift will restore different ability energy to allies when using Dodge – among all the Exotics this week, it can be safely ignored.
