Destiny 2 Xur Exotics – The Prospector, Doom Fang Pauldron, The Stag

Xur has a fairly decent range of Exotics available.

Destiny 2 Xur

Xur is back once more in Bungie’s Destiny 2 following a week where many of the planetary vendors have bitten the dust (in the lore, at least). Thankfully, Xur is unaffected and can be found in the Winding Cove in the European Dead Zone. He’ll remain there until tomorrow’s weekly reset.

The Exotic weapon available this week is The Prospector, a heavy grenade launcher that costs 29 Legendary Shards. It can be fired in full auto by holding down the trigger. However, its grenades also stick to surfaces and can ignite targets. After firing, simply release the trigger to detonate all of them at once.

Exotic gear available this week includes Ophidia Spathe (Hunter chest), Doom Fang Pauldron (Titan gloves) and The Stag (Warlock helm), each for 23 Legendary Shards. Doom Fang Pauldron is recommended for Sentinel Titans especially since Void melee kills grant Super energy. Ophidia Spathe is a niche item for Blade Barrage Hunters while The Stag is kind of just there. Still, if you want to fill out that Exotic collection, it may be worth picking these up.
