Not a whole lot is going on in Bungie’s Destiny 2 – aside from donating to the Empyrean Foundation – but at least Xur has some decent Exotics. Well, one very good Exotic weapon, to be more precise. You can find Xur on the Imperial Barge on Nessus where he’ll remain till tomorrow.
The Exotic weapon this week is Tractor Cannon, a Void Power “shotgun” that costs 29 Legendary Shards. On top of suppressing foes and granting increased speed and handling when damage is dealt, it causes enemies to take more damage. Despite nerfs to the weapon and Void damage not applying, it’s still incredibly good for a variety of situations and activities.
As for the Exotic gear, it consists of Wormgod Caress (Titan gloves), Starfire Protocol (Warlock chest) and The Dragon’s Shadow (Hunter chest), each for 23 Legendary Shards. None of them are especially amazing but they’re not terrible either. Titans may even like the increased melee damage upon melee kills that Wormgod Caress provides.
