Destiny 2 Xur

Xur is back in Bungie’s Destiny 2, this time hanging out in Arcadian Valley on Nessus until the weekly reset tomorrow. Among this week’s new loot is Coldheart, an Exotic Energy trace rifle which costs 29 Legendary Shards. It fires an Arc laser which deals more damage the longer it stays on a target.

While in this high-damage state, it creates Ionic Traces which provide energy for one’s abilities. Other Exotic items available include Oathkeeper (Hunter gloves), Ashen Wake (Titan gloves) and Astrocyte Verse (Warlock helm), each for 23 Legendary Shards. This week’s random roll for Hawkmoon is Polygonal Rifling, Hip-Fire Grip and Textured Grip. Dead Man’s Tale has Arrowhead Brake, Light Mag, Vorpal Weapon and Fitted Stock.

The Legendary armor available is from Season of the Lost with each piece costing 50 Legendary Shards and 1000 Glimmer. Check out the new Legendary weapons below:

  • Iota Draconis – Energy Fusion Rifle
  • Honor’s Edge – Heavy Sword
  • False Promises – Kinetic Auto Rifle
  • Long Shadow – Kinetic Sniper Rifle
  • THE SWARM – Heavy Machine Gun
  • Chrysura Melo – Energy Auto Rifle
  • Lonesome – Kinetic Sidearm

Destiny 2 is available for Xbox One, PS4, PS5, PC, Xbox Series X/S, PC and Google Stadia. A new hotfix is slated to go live tomorrow which buffs Solar Warlocks and Titans. Head here for more details.
