Another week, another distinct lack of Destiny 2: Forsaken Exotics from Xur. While this has become a pattern for the Agent of the Nine, it’s a new DLC cycle with Black Armory. Surely ol’ tentacle face could manage something new at this point? Regardless, for new players, Xur has a decent range of Exotic wares available till the reset later today.
These include the ACD/0 Feedback Fence (Titan gloves), Crown of Tempests (Warlock helm), and Ophidia Spathe (Hunter chest) for 23 Legendary Shards. Of the three, ACD/0 Feedback Fence and Crown of Tempests are recommended, especially the latter, since it increases the duration of Stormtrance and increases the recharge rate of Arc abilities with Arc ability kills.
SUROS Regime is the Exotic weapon this week and is becoming a rather familiar item in Xur’s weekly stock. It deals Kinetic damage and can fire in two modes – Focused Fire for higher damage ADS shots and Spinning Up for faster fire rate as the trigger is held down. The bottom half of the magazine deals bonus damage and has a chance to heal with kills. It can be yours for 29 Legendary Shards.
