Destiny 2 Xur

As with every other week, Xur has returned to Bungie’s Destiny 2. This time, he’s chilling in the European Dead Zone on Earth with some familiar and somewhat new Exotics until tomorrow’s reset. The Exotic weapon for this week is Prometheus Lens, an Energy Trace Rifle creates a damaging heat field that expands with continuous fire.

Any kills will return ammo to the magazine from one’s reserves, thus allowing the beaming to continue. Not the best for the Exotic slot but it may work for some niche Solar build with Verity’s Brow (though there are plenty of Legendary Trace Rifles for the same). It’ll set you back by 29 Legendary Shards.

This week’s Exotic armor includes The Bombardiers (Hunter boots), Armamentarium (Titan chest) and Getaway Artist (Warlock gloves), each costing 23 Legendary Shards. As for the new Hawkmoon roll, it has Chambered Compensator, Quickdraw and Textured Grip. Dead Man’s Tale offers Fluted Barrel, Flared Magwell, Fourth Time’s the Charm and Fitted Stock.

The Legendary armor set for this week is the Lightkin armor from Season of the Splicer. Each piece costs 50 Legendary Shards and 1000 Glimmer. Check out the new Legendary weapons on sale below:

  • Deafening Whisper – Energy Grenade Launcher
  • Frozen Orbit – Energy Sniper Rifle
  • Wolftone Draw-  Energy Combat Bow
  • Temptation’s Hook – Heavy Sword
  • Iota Draconis – Energy Fusion Rifle

  • Seventh Seraph SI-2 – Energy Sidearm
