Even with a new year, Xur follows the same routine in Bungie’s Destiny 2. He’s currently in the Tower Hangar until tomorrow’s weekly reset and carries some familiar Exotics. The Exotic weapon is Prometheus Lens, a Solar trace rifle that costs 29 Legendary Shards.
New rolls are also available for Hawkmoon and Dead Man’s Tale. The former has a Chambered Compensator, Alloy Mag, Rangefinder and Polymer Grip. The latter offers Smallbore, Armor-Piercing Rounds, Fourth Time’s the Charm and Composite Stock. Not terrible overall, and worth checking out if you don’t have either weapon.
The Exotic gear includes Shards of Galanor (Hunter gloves), Doom Fang Pauldron (Titan gloves) and Skull of Dire Ahamkara (Warlock helm), each for 23 Legendary Shards. The Legendary Armor on sale is the Simulator set from Season 1 when Future War Cult was still a faction (and not genocidal maniacs). Each piece costs 1000 Glimmer and 50 Legendary Shards.
