Destiny 2 Xur

Xur has returned to Bungie’s Destiny 2, hanging out in the European Dead Zone on Earth until the next weekly reset. This week’s Exotic weapon is Skyburner’s Oath, a Kinetic scout rifle which fires heavy slug rounds. When aiming down sights, the projectile speed is faster, while shooting from the hip results in a bigger explosion radius.

It’s not the most appealing weapon, especially if its hip-fired shots can inflict Scorch, but it has some novelty for 29 Legendary Shards. The only other Exotic weapon available is Hawkmoon, which receives Chambered Compensator, Eye of the Storm and Combat Grip as its latest random roll.

The available Exotic armor includes Gemini Jester (Hunter boots), Peregrine Greaves (Titan boots) and Getaway Artist (Warlock gloves), each for 23 Legendary Shards. As for this week’s Legendary armor, it’s the Ketchkiller set from Season of Plunder. Each piece costs 50 Legendary Shards and 1000 Glimmer. Check out the latest Legendary weapons below.

  • Piece of Mind – Kinetic Pulse Rifle
  • Seventh Seraph SAW – Heavy Machine Gun
  • Path of Least Resistance – Energy Trace Rifle
  • Wolftone Draw – Energy Combat Bow
  • Arsenic Bite-4b – Energy Combat Bow
  • Nature of the Beast – Energy Hand Cannon
  • Hoosegow – Heavy Rocket Launcher
