Destiny 2 Xur Inventory: Tractor Cannon, Synthoceps, Sanguine Alchemy

Xur's inventory continues to disappoint for those seeking Forsaken Exotics.

Destiny 2 Xur

Exotic vendor and most hated NPC Xur has returned in Bungie’s Destiny 2. He doesn’t have any Forsaken Exotics, just like last week, so you can save yourself some time right now. For everyone else who might still be interested, he’s in The Rig on Titan and will remain there until the next weekly reset.

Xur’s Exotic pool this time around includes the Synthoceps (Titan gloves), Gemini Jester (Hunter legs), and Sanguine Alchemy (Warlock chest), each for 23 Legendary Shards. The Synthoceps are arguably the best buy, since they grant increased melee lunge range and more damage/Super energy when surrounded.  Gemini Jester is recommended when dodging out of sticky situations, since it disorients enemies.

The Sanguine Alchemy is pretty useless unless you really, really like having a radar while aiming down sights in a Rift. As for this week’s Exotic weapon, it’s the Tractor Cannon for 29 Legendary Shards. Along with suppressing foes – including knocking other players out of their Supers in PvP – it makes them vulnerable to increased damage from all sources. It’s definitely worth having for burning down bosses in Gambit and Public Events.
