Destiny April Update

The weekly reset has come and gone for Bungie’s Destiny and brings some relatively new activities for players to complete.

The Nightfall this week is Dust Palace with Solar Burn, Brawler, Ironclad and Airborne as modifiers. Solar Burn will allow for increased damage from all Solar weapons (including enemies’) while Airborne allows you to deal more damage in the air. Bring along a Gunslinger with Celestial Nighthawk and one-shot those Flayers like its no one’s business or just go crazy with RazeLighter.

Meanwhile, the Challenge of the Elders brings new bosses and modifiers. Brawler and Ironclad (enemies have more shields) clash with the Super Kill bonus where killing enemies with your Super grants more points. The bosses for this week include the Overmind Minotaur, Sylok the Defiled and Noru’usk, Servant of Oryx. Remember to take your Monte Carlo, Bad Juju or Zhalo Supercell along with a Stormcaller and you should be fine.

What are your thoughts on this week’s activities? Let us know in the comments.
