Destiny

Exotic vendor Xur has returned to the Tower in Bungie’s Destiny. You can find him near the big wooden door in Tower North, near the Speaker, where he will remain till 2 AM PST on January 22nd.

This week, Xur is carrying the Helm of Inmost Light (Titan helm), ATS/8 ARACHNID (Hunter helm) and Obsidian Mind (Warlock helm), each for 13 Strange Coins. They’re each worthwhile in their own right so you really can’t go wrong. The more interesting item will be the Exotic weapon for this week, namely MIDA Multi-Tool. At 23 Strange Coins, this scout rifle allows players to move faster, fire on a hair trigger and strafe shoot to glory.

Finally, both Heavy Ammo Synths and Three of Coins are available thanks to Bungie’s last hotfix. In an interesting twist, it’s now possible to purchase a stack of ten Heavy Ammo Synths for the price of 3 Strange Coins. It’s not a bad deal, especially when three go for 1 Strange Coin.
