Destiny’s Exotic vendor and Agent of the Nine Xur has returned to the Reef. You can find him in the Vestian Outpost social space where he will remain until November 13th, 2 AM PST.
This week, Xur has Twilight Garrison (Titan armour), Fr0st-EE5 (Hunter boots) and Apotheosis Veil (Warlock helm). Each is useful in its own right (except for Apotheosis Veil, that is). Twilight Garrison allows Titans to dash in mid-air, thus allowing for effective dodging, while Fr0st-EE5 reduces the cooldown on melee and grenades when you’re sprinting. Each piece of Exotic gear is 13 Strange Coins.
Then there’s the Exotic, an auto rifle called Monte Carlo that costs 23 Strange Coins. This weapon boasts a high fire rate and stability – hits reduce the cooldown of melee and getting a kill offers the chance to full recharge a melee attack.
The Ornaments are fairly standard with the Prototype for Truth on offer but there’s also The Wolves Remember for the Young Wolf’s Howl. Even if you’re not a fan of Silver Dust or the Young Wolf’s Howl, this is still a pretty Ornament to pick up.
