Developer Quantic Dream is going through a pretty big transition at the moment. After almost a decade of working exclusively with Sony, they have moved to a multiplatform developer, and potentially even a full scale publisher. The last game to be made during their time with Sony was Detroit: Become Human, which has seen a good deal of success since releasing in 2018 as a PS4 exclusive. It reached an impressive milestone today, in fact, as the developer confirmed.
As announced via the game’s official Twitter, Detroit: Become Human has passed 3 million sales on the PlayStation 4. 3.2 million, if you want to be as exact as possible about it. That makes it a huge success for Quantic Dream no matter how you look at it.
Detroit: Become Human is available now for PlayStation 4. The game will also come to the PC via the Epic Games Store later this year, though as of now, no release date has been announced.
