Quantic Dream’s Detroit: Become Human has a firm release date for PC. It’s out on December 12th for the Epic Games Store and will retail for $39.99. Check out the latest trailer below courtesy of IGN, though be warned of slight spoilers for the story throughout.

Detroit: Become Human has sold three million units on PS4 since releasing in May 2018. The story takes place in Detroit circa 2038 with androids becoming more commonplace. This has led to some friction with society as a whole especially since androids are seen as subservient to humans.

The story follows the lives of Kara, Connor and Markus each with their own back stories, motivations and struggles with sentience. Decisions made throughout the story will influence their fate, much like Quantic Dream’s Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls, except there are numerous branches to parse through. Stay tuned for more information on the PC release in the coming weeks.
