Deus Ex Mankind Divided

If the in-depth gameplay demo from last week didn’t really sell you on Eidos Montreal’s Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, the shorter action-packed trailer from E3 2016 may do the trick.

Adam Jensen heads to Dubai and mixes stealth takedowns with electric stun augments and weapons to effectively complete his mission. We also get a look at the ability to change weapon attachments on the fly and how this affects gameplay along with the Icarus Landing augmentation.

We also get a few hints at the kind of gameplay possible with augmentations. The Icarus Landing can be used to initiate Icarus Strike, which is essentially a takedown from up high. You don’t have to worry about breaking your fall either if you miss.

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided will be releasing on PC, Xbox One and PS4 on August 23rd. What are your thoughts on the gameplay? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more updates from E3 2016.
