Diablo 3: This video shows what features didn’t make it in the final game

Posted By | On 18th, May. 2012

This video shows what features were missing in the final game. Having finished the game recently, I have no idea why this content didn’t make it.

The first (but not necessarily the last) video about this topic. This video is meant to showcase some of the content & features that have been shown off for D3 prior to launch, but which were not actually in the game at launch.

All video is from official blizzard sources in which the game & its content were demonstrated.

Some of the content that did not make it to launch includes:

  • The “Forgotten Tombs” Dungeon
  • Ladders & Climbing
  • Requiring a Class Ability to bypass terrain (Jumping, Teleporting, etc.)
