Diablo 4

Blizzard Entertainment’s Diablo 4 returns to the series’ roots in many ways, embracing customization and build variety on a bigger scale. We saw some of this in the open beta, but the rest of the game promises even more. A new video talks about the five different classes, the character creation system and Paragon Boards for endgame, but also delves into making your character feel unique.

Some examples include Legendary and Unique items. The former provides powerful effects you can extract and place on others. As for Unique items, they’ll always have the same effect, with the tradeoff being that they’re more powerful. The Paragon Boards offer stat increases and Rare and Legendary Nodes with unique powers and bonuses.

It’s a lot to take in, and crafting is a part of the experience from start to finish. Diablo 4 launches on June 6th for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC. If you missed the open beta, a Server Slam is scheduled for May 12th to 14th, providing access to the same content and a level 20 cap.
