The Game Awards 2022 are approaching, and as is the case every year, the event will be bringing with it several new reveals and updates for upcoming titles. Leaks have claimed that this will include megatons like Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and Final Fantasy 16though it seems now all big upcoming reveals are being saved for the awards ceremony.

As per a report written by Tom Henderson on Insider-GamingDiablo 4 will be receiving a new update before The Game Awards. It’s claim that new hands-on impressions and interview with developers will go live from certain outlets in early December, though a specific date for the same isn’t yet known. Blizzard Entertainment will seemingly open up the game’s pre-orders at The Game Awards, with its launch supposedly set for sometime in April.

Of course, until we hear something official on this front, it’s best to take things with a pinch of salt, though if an update for Diablo 4 is indeed coming soon, we should be hearing something sooner rather than later. Stay tuned for more details.

Diablo 4 is in development for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
