It looks so pretty, it might as well be a painting.

To celebrate QuakeCon, publisher Bethesda have shared a batch of new screenshots of their highly anticipated stealth action game, Dishonored 2Dishonored 2 is set to launch later this year, and it promises to further expand on the potential and promise of the original game, which released back in 2012, by introducing wider areas which provide moe options, more gameplay styles, a brand new character to play as, and more abilities.

These screenshots, very naturally, don’t actually show us much of that- how could they, after all? All of Dishonored 2‘s biggest changes are kinetic by their very nature, while screenshots are always static. What they do show us, however, is more of the game’s gorgeous art. Dishonored 2 will be a very pretty game when it releases- and unlike the original, which was done in by the relatively weaker tech of the Xbox 360 and PS3, it looks like this game will have the benefit of being on tech that can do justice to its art, too.

You can check out the screenshots for yourself in the gallery below. Dishonored 2 will release on November 11 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
