Take a gander the various Warriors of Light battling the agents of Chaos in this opening cinematic.

Square Enix’s first big release of 2018 will be Dissidia Final Fantasy NT, an adaptation of the 3v3 crossover fighting game that debuted for Japanese arcades in November 2015. We’ve seen quite a bit of the characters including the new additions but there hasn’t been much of the good guys taking on the bad guys in an all-out brawl.

Fortunately, the opening cinematic for the game has been released and we get to see how heroes like Lighting and Cloud deal with villains like Sephiroth and Jecht. Dissidia Final Fantasy NT will have over 20 playable characters with various classes. While Vanguards like Cloud focus on fighting head-on, there will also be ranged heroes like Ace (Final Fantasy Type 0) and assassins like Noctis that can move quickly.

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT releases on January 30th 2018 for PS4. Along with the regular release, there will also be an Ultimate Collector’s Edition for $190 that include a Warrior of Light bust and hardcover art book for $190.
