DNF Duel - Spectre

Nexon’s long-awaited first DLC character, Spectre, is finally available in DNF Duel. In addition, it released patch Ver.1.40, which makes various adjustments to combat and adds new mechanics, like Indomitable Spirit and Cube Select. Players can select the Gold or Clear Cube before battles, and when their health drops below 30 or 50 percent, they’ll gain different boosts.

Other changes include updates to the opening cinematic (with the original still viewable in the gallery) and improved input on PS5. Ranked Match’s search algorithm has also been revised. Various bugs, like the Record/Playback button activating in some situations in Training Mode or opponents winning in Story Mode on Double KO, are also fixed.

Check out the full patch notes below. DNF Duel is available for PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch and PC. Check out our review for the base game. Two more DLC characters are releasing this year, so stay tuned for more reveals in the coming months.
