DOOM is now out, and the new title in the series is a throwback to an older era of first person shooters, ones which demanded that the player pay attention to where they were going as much as they involved shooting and killing. It’s a game made from an old school mould, all right.

And you know what else comes with old school gaming? Cheat codes!  That’s right, in a glorious blast from the past, the new DOOM actually has cheat codes! Remember when those used to be a thing, instead of microtransactions being used to fulfill the same function?

Anyway, if you wanted the lowdown on the cheat codes in DOOM, you’re in the right place: here, we’ve got a list of all of DOOM‘s cheats, as well as their effects. Try them out for yourself, and wreak havoc!

Warning! Making use of any cheats could lead to other unintended and undesirable effects, including and up to an erasure of your save file. For your own insurance, it is always recommended to save a new copy of your file onto a new slot before you make use of any cheat in game.

The codes below will only work for the single player campaign. In order to use these codes, you will need to active the console window. To do that press Ctrl + Alt + ~. These codes are for single-player only.

ida – Will give the players all suit mod slots and suit mods.

idgk – You can kill enemies by only using glory kills.

idka – Access to every weapon and weapon mods.

idkfa – Fully upgraded health, armor, weapons, weapon mods, ammo capcity, suit mods and suit slots.

iddqd – Unlimited health except for hazards and retaliations.

iddt – Reveals all the unexplored areas and items.

idfa – Upgraded health, ammo and armor.

We will update this article once we find more cheats and cheat codes.

Thanks, Reddit.
