DOOM

id Software’s DOOM has received a new trailer showcasing the game’s bloody multiplayer and we now know that it will include modes like Deathmatch, Domination, Freeze Tag and Clan Arena. It also appears that players will pick up power-ups to transform into various demons with special abilities. Seriously, watch it below.

Certain Affinity has helped id Software develop the multiplayer and given their contribution to several past games like Halo 4 and Call of Duty: Ghosts, it should be interesting to see how DOOM‘s multiplayer fares.

The closed beta for DOOM will run from March 31st to April 3rd for PS4, Xbox One and PC. If you pre-ordered Wolfenstein: The New Order way back when and redeemed a beta code, then you’ll receive access. Head here for more information.
