Dragon Age 4 – Early Development Footage, New Details Revealed

New characters and locations along with the central premise teased.

Dragon Age 4 received an update at Gamescom Opening Night Live with BioWare’s Casey Hudson and several other development team members teasing what’s coming. The footage showcased is in early development and subject to change. Nevertheless, it’s interesting to here about what’s coming next.

The next Dragon Age will feature new places and characters. Players will be placed in a situation where they don’t have power and have to deal with authority figures who don’t want to take action. There will be stories focused on the people around you and the friends and family you make along the way. Some new voicework by Solas was revealed along with characters like Bellara and Davrin.

Dragon Age 4 doesn’t have a release date yet or even an official name. BioWare hasn’t even confirmed which platforms it will be launching for. Nevertheless, development is making progress. Now if only the developer could announce a certain remastered trilogy as well.
