Dragon Age: Inquisition Trailer Shows Off Action Gameplay

Take the fight to the High Dragon.

Dragon Age: Inquisition received some more gameplay footage at EA’s E3 media briefing. We got our first look at some of the combat mechanics as you led your team into a battle with a High Dragon.

The combat is quite intriguing – while it has the appearance of hack and slash, there’s a good amount of strategy involved. You can switch between characters and take down the dragon using a variety of tactics. On top of that, if you’re not a fan of real-time action combat, you can switch to the tactical camera and take a slower approach to the game.

Dragon Age: Inquisition will be out on October 7th for the Xbox One, PS3, PS4, PC and PS4. What are your thoughts on the game thus far, especially after the excellent violin performance you probably missed? Let us know in the comments what you think and stay tuned for more information.
