Dragon Age: The Veilguard has several possible endings, including a bonus cutscene that is entirely missable if you never encounter some very specific content in the open world of Thedas.

Mysterious Circles
These three untracked objectives are scattered around Thedas and involve battling two of the hardest High Dragons in the game.
The Formless One At Necropolis Halls
The path to The Formless One begins after the main quest ‘Where the Dead Must Go’ once Emmrich joins Rook. Finish the ‘Restless Spirits’ companion quest in order to unlock the side quest ‘Pinnacle Of Its Kind’.
Next, defeat the three lesser forms of The Formless One in Arlathan Forest, Dock Town, and Hossberg Wetlands. These are difficult mini-bosses that lead up to the hardest boss that you will have fought so far.
The Formless One is a level 40 Electric/Lightning High Dragon located right back in the Necropolis Halls where you began.
This High Dragon is not just lightning strikes and electric fields, but also a necromancer that can call forth skeletons and mages in combat. Ideal companions are Lucanis and/or Emmrich for this fight, and relying on Necrosis/Necrotic damage.
Once you have beaten The Formless One, you will also unlock the Achievement/Trophy ‘The Unbound’. Proceed to the small alcove in the lower-left or south-west of this hexagonal room and interact with the fiery, floating object to collect the Mysterious Circle Codex Entry.
The Revenant On Beacon Island
This High Dragon has an even longer journey to undertake than The Formless One, and you begin it by embarking upon the quest ‘The Heart Of Corruption’ at the Crossroads.
This is a trackable quest so you will be led to three different regions to face off against elite Champions in order to gather their essence, before facing off against each of their corresponding Revenant bosses.
Possibly the hardest of the High Dragons to battle, the Revenant Dragon is a level 50 adversary located on Beacon Island.
Not only is its defense buffed, but the Blight-ridden Revenant Dragon cycles its attacks from Ice/Cold to Fire to Electric/Lightning. Lucanis and/or Emmrich relying on Necrosis/Necrotic damage may be your best strategy.
With the Revenant Dragon put down, collect the unique ring, The Last Resort, from the chest, and then mantle the low ledge to the south to reach another small room and collect a second Mysterious Circle Codex Entry.
Lightbeam Turret Puzzle
This one is relatively simpler to accomplish than discovering and battling the previous High Dragons. Scattered all around the Waterfront Glades area of Arlathan Forest are a series of turrets that can be manipulated to focus light beams at pillar-mounted switches in the central island area known as Forest Mire. The island sits within a small lake that cannot be crossed unless the bridge is activated through completion of the puzzle.
Once on the island, battle the level 45 Guardian of Secrets before collecting the third and final Mysterious Circle Codex Entry.
Finish The Campaign Story
After you have finished the game, the bonus cutscene will begin immediately once the credit roll ends. It is roughly one minute long.
