Publisher Bandai Namco has released a new trailer for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot‘s upcoming Bardock – Alone Against Fate DLC. The trailer shows off a battle Bardock experiences on Planet Kanassa. Check it out below.
Essentially acting as a prequel story to the entirety of Dragon Ball, the Bardock – Alone Against Fate DLC for Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, as its name implies, goes into the story of Bardock—the father of Dragon Ball protagonist Goku.
Bardock – Alone Against Fate is set to be the first part of Season Pass 2 that was announced by Bandai Namco back in September. The publisher has described the DLC as a “complete reproduction” of the Bardock: Father of Goku TV special.
The trailer also indicates that there will be two more major DLC releases part of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot‘s Season Pass 2, each featuring a new story arc.
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is also set to come to PS5 and Xbox Series X/S in January. The game will be making the jump to current-gen platforms, and will be getting a few visual upgrades along the way. For more details about Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, check out our review.
