Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen Receives 15 New Screenshots

The upcoming expansion looks sumptuous already.

Posted By | On 17th, Dec. 2012

Dragon’s Dogma, developed and published by Capcom by team members who have worked on Devil May Cry, Breath of Fire and Resident Evil, wasn’t your typical hack and slash JRPG – and as such, it’s been suitably elevated in both the eyes of the public and Capcom itself. Besides planning for a sequel, Capcom is also readying a brand new expansions, Dark Arisen, for which it has released 15 new, gorgeous screenshots. Check them out below, even if they’re mostly a collection of detailed faces.

Even though it’s as of yet unknown exactly how much content Dark Arisen will deliver to the base experience, we already know it will feature a Hard difficulty and speedrun mode for bragging rights. Japanese voices will also be added as an option, so no more stabbing your ears out from the typical English dub.

Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen is currently set for release in 2013 for Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.
