Evolution Studios’ DriveClub hasn’t had the best 12 month period. After being delayed a year ago to allow more time for polish, the project entered into a flux state when Sony revealed it was going back to the drawing board.

The game finally did release this past October for the PS4 but was rife with issues out of the gate including the inability to join servers, rendering most of the multiplayer useless. Let’s not even get started on the PS Plus Edition’s delay following these issues.

The developer has promised to make amends to fans by offering free DLC but even that seems to be problematic. Some users on Twitter are reporting issues with downloading the DLC. Game director Paul Rustchynsky has advised them to, “Reboot your console (not using rest mode) and that should resolve your problem.”

Then there are issues with steering wheels, but those will supposedly be fixed in the next update.

What are your thoughts on DriveClub after almost two months worth of patching? Let us know in the comments.
