Evolution Studios will be deploying a major update today for DriveClub to improve the overall performance of servers across every aspect of online play. As the studio noted on Facebook, DriveClub servers will be unavailable for play from 11 AM BST for up to 8 hours.

“We are rolling out major updates to the DRIVECLUB servers today to improve performance and stability for all aspects of online play. The servers will be unavailable from 11am BST while this happens and the work is expected to take up to 8hrs. You can still play the game offline during this time.

“Apologies for any inconvenience this causes and thank you for your patience while we continue working to improve the game.”

DriveClub launched with a number online and server related issues back in October 2014 but has since gotten back on track, adding both free and paid DLC in the process along with other new features. Stay tuned for more information on when the servers eventually come back online.
