Techland - Unnamed Open World Fantasy Epic

Though Techland continues to support Dying Light 2 Stay Human with updates and another paid DLC coming this year, it’s also working on a new triple-A title. Announced last year, the unnamed title recently received some new concept art, showcasing more of the fantasy open world.

In the same tweet, the developer said it strives “to create a compelling story-focused #AAA title that combines and refines the best aspects of gameplay that Techland is known for.” The concept art sees a character climbing on a tree overlooking a kingdom near a waterfall. What seems to be a broken moon is seen in the sky, while some rocky desert is present further back.

Nothing else is known about the title, except that narrative director Karolina Stachyra and narrative lead Arkadiusz Borowik worked on The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Mario Maltezos is the creative director, having worked on titles like Mad Max, Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor, and much more. Stay tuned for more updates in the coming year.
