Dying Light Features Destiny’s Loot Cave as Easter Egg

Bungie's FPS makes a rather nice cameo in Dying Light.

It was only a matter of time before players began to spot references in Techland’s recently released Dying Light. The game’s open world apparently contains references to several games, one being Left 4 Dead. Another reference has been found, this one being an Easter Egg that calls back to Destiny’s loot cave. Check out a video showing the same above (courtesy of Gaming Sprite).

The cave will feature a simple text message which states that, “your destiny is to build your legend, and get loot.” You’ll need to go out of your way to find it but it’s still an interesting little Easter Egg for fans.

Dying Light is already out for PS4, Xbox One and PC. How are you finding the game thus far? Let us know your thoughts in the comments and stay tuned for more information on the game – along with any other Easter Eggs – in the coming weeks.
