Dying Light Gameplay Trailer Introduces the Darkness

How do the Infected operate when the sun sets? Find out here.

Since day one, Techland has stated that upcoming free running first person survival horror title Dying Light is as much about surviving in the light as the dark. This is due to the Infected, zombie-like creatures that roam the streets and whom will tear you apart if given half the chance. Of course, they hate the sunlight and are generally less aggressive when the sun is out. What happens when darkness falls? Check out the trailer above to find out.

When the Infected are out in the dark, there are generally greater numbers of them. They’ll also hunt you with far more attuned senses and make no qualms about climbing and maneuvering their way to your position. If that weren’t enough, something even more sinister lays in the darkness, waiting for the time to strike.

Dying Light is currently slated to release in 2014 for Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. Stay tuned for more details.
